Pack World Hunt Information: ATTENTION ALL ARHA BEAGLERS:
When
a Beagle is registered with the ARHA and if the Sire and Dam are left
blank on the registration application, the pedigree will read as Unknown
on the registration certificate. Once a dog is registered with an
unknown sire and dam, the pedigree can only be changed with
proper/official proof of the pedigree for said dog. The pedigree will then be scrutinized by the ARHA Office and if
needed, the ARHA Watch Dog Committee
If there is any pedigree change requested, official proof as requested by the ARHA Office must be provided which will then be scrutinized and if needed, investigated by the ARHA Watch Dog Committee. Please Note: If there are any changes that are approved and made per the owner’s request due to their mistake or omission, there will be fees accessed before issuing new certificates. It is understandable that one may feel rushed to complete a registration application at the hunts. You may contact the ARHA office prior to going to a hunt and we can email or mail an application to you or you can download an application from our website. This would allow ample time to complete the application correctly.
Reminder:
Once a Beagle is registered with a name, that name can never be
changed. If an owner
knowingly changes the name, there are banning stipulations that may be
involved. Please refer to
your ARHA Division’s rules.

2026 Little Pack Hall of Fame: The cut off date for the 2026 ARHA hall of fame is 12/31/25. During
the Summer months is the best time to submit your information to
be inducted into the AHRA Hall of Fame.
The works sheets to send in may be found here. If you
have any questions concerning the status of your dog, please
contact the ARHA office. |

**Pictures for ARHA Hunt
Results** Click here for the Announcement and guidelines for adding pictures to arha hunt results. The new hunt results with pictures will be a separate report from the current hunt results. The new format will list the hunt results and pictures for one event at a time. The only results that will listed separately will be the results that we receive pictures for. We are now offering this as a place for pictures since the Rabbit Hunter magazine is no longer available. Our goal is for these results with pictures to be left online indefinitely. New for 2024 Hound of Year Points Hound of the year points for regular Club Hunts will no longer be a percentage based on the number of dogs entered into the hunt. Instead, points will be awarded based on the placement of the dog. These points will be the same for the open & champion. Only the top 3 Grand Champion dogs will get points at club hunts 1st place 3 points -2nd 2 points- 3rd 1 point
New for 2024 All Big Five winners will qualify for the 2025 HOY Run Off. If a hounds wins two Big Five Hunts in the same year in two different classes, they will participate in the most recent class they win in the run off. These changes will be
in affect for 2 years before reviewing or making changes. |
